Women with a history of gestational diabetes during pregnancy are at greater risk of developing type 2 diabetes later in life. Use the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention fact sheets for a handout for patients.
Youth (10 -17 years)
Although youth are not eligible for the National Diabetes Prevention Program, check out the MN Algorithm for Prediabetes and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Identification and Intervention for Youth
